Registration fees :
You pay the registration fees through one of the methods we provide on our website upon registration, and your electronic seat will be reserved when the program fees are paid in full.
Refund/Cancellation Policy :
The Academy is keen to provide high-quality training programs at reasonable fees. To ensure that those registered in the programs are satisfied with the quality of the programs, the Academy adopts a policy that gives the participant the right to refund fees in the event of dissatisfaction with the quality of the service (Money-back guarantee).
In case you wish to cancel your registration in the program and get a refund of the paid registration fees, you must notify the Academy within 24 hours from the time of entering the e-learning platform for registered training programs or the time of the start of the first lecture for training programs offered live or in person. The Academy will refund the registration fees minus the transfer fees (3.5%) and administrative fees of (10%). Edit training content :
The Academy has the right to make any amendments or additions to the training content and requirements for completing the training programs. The trainee is responsible for continuously reviewing any updates on the Academy’s website. Any new amendments apply from the date they are updated on the website and must be adhered to by all those who have not yet completed the training programs.
Modification of requirements for obtaining professional certificates:
The Academy has the right to make any amendments or additions to the requirements for obtaining professional certificates. The trainee is responsible for continuously reviewing any updates on the Academy’s website. Any new amendments apply from the date of their update on the website and must be adhered to by all those who have not yet completed the professional certificates.
Tests and requirements for passing programs and certificates:
Each trainee is solely responsible for passing the tests and completing the requirements for obtaining professional certificates. No information about tests, program requirements, or certificates may be exchanged between trainees. In the event that the Academy discovers any attempts to exchange such information, it has the right to cancel the student’s registration without refunding any fees and to cancel any certificates previously issued.
Registration :
Certain parts of the Site are only accessible to registered members and/or allow the user to request support or services electronically by entering personal information. You agree that any information provided to us through these parts is complete and accurate, and that you will not register, attempt to enter the Site using another person’s name, or adopt a user name that the Academy deems inappropriate.
